Keiko Koma<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

On the 18th of October, 2008, the \u201cLegends of Koguryo Rediscovered\u201d concert was held at the Republic Square in Yerevan, Armenia. More than 20,000 people attended the concert and everybody was greatly impressed and enjoyed the concert very much. Many Armenians considered the poem on Armenia as something written by an Armenian, as it captured their deepest feeling.
\n\u201cIn Armenia, I could touch the warmth of many people helping each other and living in harmony with a rich nature. At a dinner where we were invited, I was very impressed by the warm and relaxing atmosphere. Everybody welcomed us from the heart, and I had indeed a wonderful time enjoying intimate conversation. This was again an unusual thing for me as I did not normally accept dinner invitations before a concert. When one of the members of the Armenian parliament told us that the wish to regain one\u2019s home land was essential to all humankind, Mr. Idaki Shin replied that Japanese people were provided with a precious opportunity to regain the hearts of human beings by encountering Armenian people and their land. Armenia reminded me of a lot of good things that I knew from a long time ago. When I visited a college in Yerevan that had Japanese language courses, I explained to its students the main theme of the photo book, Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered. Embraced by pleasant breezes of freedom I sensed the glorious future to come quite soon and I am grateful to my life and to everybody who supported the historic concert in Armenia\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
