Anahit Khachatryan’s B&B consists of one spacious, clean quadruple room with TV and bathroom at the ground floor of a house located behind the Berlin Art Hotel. Anahit is the cook for Berlin Art and often takes overflow customers or anyone seeking more modest accommodations. She speaks some basic English and is very dear and cheerful person. With her working experience in the hotel, she really knows how to treat the guests. Guests may enjoy breakfast at Anahit’s or venture across the street to dine at the Berlin Art Hotel.
