This is a private house situated on the rocks, in a splendid terraced fruit garden, with shady oriental persimmon tree yard. The unique location on the crossroad to Haghbat, Sanahin, Odzun, Qobair, Ardvi, Akhtala, and Kayan Berd, nearness to both 2 railway stations and the bus station in Alaverdi.
